ADELAIDE CEMETERIES AUTHORITY ACT 2001 - SECT 22

22—Ministerial approvals

        (1)         An approval given by the Minister under this Act may be—

            (a)         specific or general; and

            (b)         conditional or unconditional.

        (2)         An approval given by the Minister may be varied or revoked by the Minister at any time.
