ADVANCE CARE DIRECTIVES ACT 2013 - SECT 25

25—Substitute decision-maker to give notice of decisions

If a substitute decision-maker makes a decision under the advance care directive, the substitute decision-maker must take reasonable steps to notify each other substitute decision-maker appointed under the advance care directive of the decision.
