South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts46—Public Advocate may refer matter to Tribunal
(1) If the
Public Advocate ends a mediation, or refuses to determine an application,
under section 45 on the grounds that it is more appropriate that the
matter be dealt with by the Tribunal, the Public Advocate may refer the matter
to the Tribunal.
(2) The regulations
may make further provision in respect of referrals under this section.
