South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts10—Suspension or cancellation of registration
(1) The Minister may
suspend or cancel a person's registration under this Part if the Minister is
satisfied that the person has contravened, or failed to comply with, a
condition of that registration.
(2) A person must be
given a reasonable opportunity to make submissions in relation to the matter
before action is taken under subsection (1).
