ADELAIDE UNIVERSITY ACT 2023 - SECT 30

30—Academic Board

        (1)         The University must have an Academic Board.

        (2)         The Council will establish the Academic Board and determine its terms of reference.

        (3)         The Chair of the Academic Board will be appointed or elected in accordance with the terms of reference.
