South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current ActsThe Parliament may, by any Act, define the privileges, immunities, and powers
to be held, enjoyed, and exercised by the Legislative Council and House of
Assembly, and by the members thereof respectively: Provided that no such
privileges, immunities, or powers shall exceed those held, enjoyed, and
exercised on the twenty-fourth day of October, 1856, by the House of Commons,
or the members thereof.
