South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Board may
appoint such persons or bodies to be collection agencies for the purposes of
this Act as the Board thinks fit.
(2) Any levy collected
by a collection agency must be paid to the Board in accordance with
instructions issued by the Board.
(3) A
collection agency is entitled to receive from the Board the remuneration
agreed between the Board and the agency for carrying out the agency's
functions under this Act.
