South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The rate of the
levy is 0.25 per cent of the estimated value of building or construction work,
or such other percentage not exceeding 0.5 per cent of that value as the
regulations may prescribe.
(2) A regulation must
not be made for the purposes of subsection (1) except on a recommendation
of the Board.
