South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts31A—Minister may present Board with statement of priorities
(1) Without limiting
section 4(3), the Minister may, before 30 June in each year, present
to the Board a statement outlining the government's priorities for the
application of the Fund for the period of 12 months commencing on
1 January of the next year (or for such other period as may be determined
by the Minister).
(2) However, nothing
in this section requires the Board to perform its functions in such a way as
to carry out or adopt the government's priorities.
