63—Enforcement of WA police orders
(1) This section
applies if—
(a) a
person in the State is a person against whom a WA police order is in force;
and
(b) the
person against whom, or for whose benefit, the order is made ordinarily
resides in a cross-border region.
(2) A police officer
of Western Australia may exercise the police officer's powers in relation to
the person against whom the order is made.
(3) The law of the
State does not apply in relation to those powers.
