94—Police officer of another participating jurisdiction may exercise
powers in State
(1)
Subsection (2) applies if a person is in the custody of a police officer
of another participating jurisdiction in the State under
section 51(2)(a).
(2) A police officer
of that other jurisdiction may exercise in relation to the person any of the
powers the police officer has under the law of that other jurisdiction in
relation to the bail of a person in custody in that other jurisdiction.
(3) The
Bail Act 1985 does not apply in relation to the person.
