(1) Without derogating
from the Minister's powers to deal with Crown land, the Minister may, in such
manner as the Minister thinks fit, grant consent to a person to conduct an
activity on any Crown land (not being an activity that should, in the opinion
of the Minister, require a lease or licence under this Act).
(2) A consent of the
Minister granted under this section—
(a) is
subject to such conditions as the Minister may specify; and
(b) may
be revoked by the Minister at any time by notice in writing.
