A copy of an order, notice, exemption or other instrument published in the
Gazette purporting to have been given or issued under this Act, the
Co-operatives National Law (South Australia) , the Co-operatives National
Regulations (South Australia) or the local regulations is evidence of the
giving or issuing of the order, notice, exemption or other instrument of which
it purports to be a copy.
