CHARACTER PRESERVATION (MCLAREN VALE) ACT 2012 - SECT 4

4—Interaction with other Acts

        (1)         Except where the contrary intention is expressed in this or any other Act, this Act is in addition to and does not limit or derogate from the provisions of any other Act.

        (2)         For the purposes of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 , this Act is a character preservation law.
