(1) A person who has a
judgment debt against the prisoner, or is entitled under any enactment to
payment of an amount by the prisoner, and who has not recovered that judgment
debt, or been paid that amount, may give notice to the CE of that fact.
(2) A notice under
subsection (1) must—
(a) be
in writing; and
(b) be
accompanied by a copy of any relevant document that substantiates the facts
set out in the notice; and
(c) be
given during the quarantine period.
(3) The CE may require
a person who has given a notice under this section to provide any further
information that the CE reasonably requires to substantiate the facts set out
in the notice.
