attaches to—
(a) the
central assessment unit, the Registrar or any other person exercising powers
and functions under this Act; or
(b) the
Crown,
in respect of an act or omission in good faith in the exercise or discharge,
or purported exercise or discharge, of a power, function or duty conferred or
imposed by or under this Act.
