148—Owner of lot under a legal disability
(1) The rights and
powers under this Act of the owner of a lot who is under a legal disability
may be exercised on his or her behalf by a guardian.
(2) If the owner of a
lot—
(a) is
under a legal disability and does not have a guardian to act on his or her
behalf; or
(b)
cannot be found,
the District Court may, on application by the community corporation or any
other person with a proper interest, dispense with any consent, approval or
vote that would otherwise be required from that person under this Act.
