70—Disobedience to orders under this Division
(1) If a person
disobeys an order under this Division and the court by which the order was
made has power to punish for contempt, the person is guilty of a contempt of
the court.
(1a) If a person
disobeys an order under this Division, whether or not the court by which the
order was made has power to punish for contempt, the person is guilty of an
offence.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in
the case of a natural person—$10 000 or imprisonment for
2 years;
(b) in
the case of a body corporate—$120 000.
(2) A person shall
not, in respect of the same act or default, be proceeded against under this
section both for a contempt of court and a summary offence.
