34—Explosives removed from ship
(1) Explosives shall
be discharged from and loaded into any ship or boat in any port only between
such hours as may be appointed by the Minister of Marine.
(2) When any quantity
or quantities of explosives are so removed, the same shall be brought direct
from the ship or boat to such place as is appointed by the Minister of Marine
for the landing of the explosives.
(3) A person who
discharges, loads or conveys explosives contrary to this section is guilty of
an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
