51A—Offences by bodies corporate
Where a body corporate is guilty of an offence against this Act, every member
of the governing body and the manager of the body corporate is guilty of an
offence and liable to the penalty prescribed for that offence when committed
by a natural person, unless the member or manager proves that he or she—
(a) did
not know and could not reasonably be expected to have known of the commission
of that offence; or
(b)
exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission of that offence.
