ELECTORAL ACT 1985 - SECT 128

128—Forging or uttering electoral papers

A person must not—

            (a)         forge any electoral paper; or

            (b)         utter any forged electoral paper, knowing it to be forged.

Maximum penalty: $10 000 or imprisonment for 2 years.
