130F—Third parties may appoint agents
(1) A third party may
appoint a person to be the agent of the third party for the purposes of this
Part.
(2) During any period
during which there is no appointment in force of an agent of a
third party—
(a) if
the third party is a natural person, the third party; or
(b) in
any other case—each member of the executive committee of the
third party,
is taken to be the third party's own agent for the purposes of this Part (and,
in the case referred to in paragraph (b) above, this Part applies to each
such member as if the obligation rested on that member alone).
