(1) Subject to this
section, a person is entitled to vote at an election if he or she is enrolled
for the district in which the election is held.
(2) A person is not
entitled to vote at an election if—
(a) he
or she was provisionally enrolled; and
(b) he
or she has not, as at polling day, attained the age of 18 years.
(4) Except as
otherwise provided in this Act, the enrolment of a person on a district roll
is conclusive evidence of the right of that person to vote at an election for
that district.
