(1) A licence
authorises the person named in the licence to carry on operations in the
electricity supply industry in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
licence.
(2) The operations
authorised by a licence need not be all of the same character or at the same
location but may consist of a combination of different operations or
operations at different locations.
