electricity entity may, by written notice given to the Commission, surrender
its licence.
(2) The notice must be
given to the Commission at least six months before the surrender is to take
effect or, if the licence requires a longer period of notice, as required by
the licence.
(3) The Commission
may, by agreement with the electricity entity, shorten the required period of
notice.
