ELECTRICITY ACT 1996 - SECT 61A

61A—Unsafe installation of electrical equipment

A person must not install electrical equipment that the person knows or should be reasonably expected to know is, or will be, unsafe in use.

Maximum penalty: $10 000.

Expiation fee: $315.
