(1) An
authorised officer may require a person to provide information in the person's
possession relevant to the enforcement of this Act.
(2) An
authorised officer may require a person to produce documents in the person's
possession that may be relevant to the enforcement of this Act for inspection
by the authorised officer.
(3) A person must not,
without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a requirement under this
section.
Maximum penalty: $20 000.
