South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts40—Corporation to furnish Treasurer with certain information
(1) The transmission
corporation must furnish the Treasurer with such information or records in the
possession or control of the corporation as the Treasurer may require in such
manner and form as the Treasurer may require.
(2) Subsections (2),
(3) and (4) of section 7 of the Public Corporations Act 1993 apply in
relation to such a requirement of the Treasurer in the same way as to a
requirement of the Minister under that section.
