13—Execution of instruments by order of the court
(1) If execution or
endorsement of a document by a party to an action is necessary in order to
give effect to a judgment, the court may—
(a)
order the party to execute or endorse the document; or
(b)
authorise an officer of the court to execute or endorse the document on behalf
of the party.
(2) A document
executed or endorsed by an officer of the court has effect as if executed or
endorsed by the party.
