South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts103P—Notation of site contamination audit report in relation to land
(1) This section
applies to a site contamination audit report relating to land whether or not
required under this or any other Act.
(2) The
Registrar-General must, on application by the Authority, include in any
register book, memorial or other book or record in the Lands Titles
Registration Office or in the General Registry Office a notation that a
site contamination audit report has been prepared in respect of the land and
is to be found in the register kept by the Authority under section 109 of
this Act.
(3) The
Registrar-General must, on application by the Authority, remove a notation
made in relation to land under this section.
