A person must not carry out a site contamination audit unless—
(a) the
person is a site contamination auditor and personally carries out or directly
supervises the work involved in the audit; or
(b) the
person carries out the audit through the instrumentality of a site
contamination auditor who personally carries out or directly supervises the
work involved in the audit.
Maximum penalty: $15 000.
