A site contamination auditor or site contamination consultant must, in any
written report that the auditor or consultant prepares in relation to a site,
clearly qualify any statement of the auditor's or consultant's opinion as to
the existence of site contamination at the site by specifying the land uses
that were taken into account in forming that opinion.
Maximum penalty: $8 000.
