111—Annual reports by Authority
(1) The Authority
must, on or before 30 September in each year, deliver to the Minister a report
on the administration of this Act during the period of 12 months that ended on
the preceding 30 June.
(2) The Authority must
include in the report—
(a) an
audited statement of the income and expenditure of the Environment Protection
Fund, together with details of the items of income and expenditure of the
Fund, for the period to which the report relates; and
(b) any
direction given to the Authority by the Minister during the period to which
the report relates.
(3) The Minister must
cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament within
12 sitting days after his or her receipt of the report.
(4) The report is, by
force of this section, referred to the Environment, Resources and Development
Committee of the Parliament.
