South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts50—Death of person holding environmental authorisation
Where the person holding an environmental authorisation dies, a person
approved by the Authority is to be taken to hold that authorisation (on the
same conditions as were applicable to the deceased) as from the date of the
death until the expiration of six months from that date, or until such later
day as may be fixed by the Authority.
