South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts86C—Certain civil penalty contraventions may be expiated
If an expiation fee is fixed by the regulations for a civil penalty
contravention, a civil expiation notice may be given to a person alleged to
have committed the contravention and the alleged contravention may be expiated
in accordance with this Subdivision.
