(1) Subject to this
section, this Act is in addition to and does not limit, or derogate from, the
provisions of any other Act.
(2) Where the
provisions of this Act are inconsistent with another Act or law (other than
the Emergency Management Act 2004 ), this Act prevails to the extent of
the inconsistency.
