South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to the
rules of the Supreme Court, an appeal lies against—
(a) an
order of the ERD Court made in the exercise of the jurisdiction conferred by
this Division; or
(b) a
decision by the ERD Court not to make an order under this Division,
to the Supreme Court.
(2) An appeal under
this section must be instituted within 60 days of the date of the decision or
order subject to appeal, or such longer period as may be allowed by the
Supreme Court.
