South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) Interest accrues
on an amount payable to the Council under sections 31D and 31E and on
unpaid interest under those sections in accordance with the regulations.
(2) A person who is
liable to pay an amount under the provisions referred to in
subsection (1) is also liable to pay interest that accrues, or has
accrued, on or in relation to that amount.
(3) Regulations
referred to in subsection (1) may (without limiting their scope)
prescribe the time from which interest accrues.
