39D—Revocation in jurisdiction where corresponding declaration
originally made
(1) This section
applies to a registered corresponding declaration if—
(a) the
declaration is revoked in the jurisdiction in which it was made; and
(b) the
registrar receives notice of that revocation.
(2) On receiving
notice of the revocation of the registered corresponding declaration, the
registrar must—
(a)
cancel the registration of the declaration without delay (and the cancellation
takes effect immediately); and
(b) give
the Commissioner written notice of that cancellation.
