URBAN RENEWAL ACT 1995 - SECT 33

33—Satisfaction of Treasurer's guarantee

A liability of the Treasurer arising by virtue of a guarantee under this Act is to be paid out of the Consolidated Account (which is appropriated to the necessary extent).
