GAMING MACHINES REGULATIONS 2020 - REG 24

24—Prescribed jurisdiction (section 42 of Act)

For the purposes of section 42(7) and (8) of the Act, the following jurisdictions are prescribed:

            (a)         New South Wales;

            (b)         New Zealand;

            (c)         Queensland;

            (d)         Victoria.
