LOTTERIES ACT 2019 (NO 41 OF 2019) - SECT 10

10—Conducting unlawful lotteries

        (1)         A person must not conduct, or assist in the conduct of, an unlawful lottery.

Maximum penalty: $10 000.

        (2)         A person must not agree to pay any money or provide any goods or services in connection with an unlawful lottery.

Maximum penalty: $5 000.

Expiation fee: $315.
