South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts(1) A person who carries on a business of supplying lottery products without being licensed to do so under this Part is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(2) This section does not apply to a person who is exempted, or who is of a class of persons exempted, from this section by the regulations.
