STATUTES AMENDMENT (CHILDREN'S PROTECTION) ACT 2009 (NO 78 OF 2009) - SECT 9

9—Amendment of section 99—Restraining orders

        (1)         Section 99—before subsection (1) insert:

        (a1)         A complaint may be made under this section by—

            (a)         a police officer; or

            (b)         a person against whom, or against whose property, the behaviour that forms the subject matter of the complaint has been, or may be, directed.

        (2)         Section 99(1)—delete "under this Division"
