This legislation has been repealed.
25—Accounts etc to be laid before annual general meeting
(1) At each annual
general meeting of the trust, the trust must lay before the meeting—
(a) a
copy of the audited financial statements of the trust for the previous
financial year and a copy of the auditors report; and
(b) a
report prepared by the trust on the operations of the trust in the previous
financial year.
(2) At the request of
the Minister or any member of the trust, the trust must provide the Minister
or member with a copy of the audited financial statements, the auditors report
and the report prepared by the trust in respect of the financial year to which
the request relates.
(3) A trust must make
the minutes of meetings of the trust available for inspection by its members
and must, on payment of the prescribed fee, provide a member with a copy of
the minutes of one or more of its meetings.
