SOIL CONSERVATION AND LAND CARE ACT 1989 - SECT 33

33—Powers and functions of Conservator

        (1)         The functions of the Conservator are as follows:

            (a)         to implement this Act in those parts of the State that fall outside of districts; and

            (b)         to perform the other functions assigned to the Conservator by or under this Act.

        (2)         The Conservator has, for the purposes of subsection (1)(a), all the powers, duties and functions of a board under this Act.
