This legislation has been repealed.
In any proceedings, an apparently genuine document purporting to be signed by
the Director and certifying—
(a) that
an order by which the Director assumed command of operations for dealing with
a specified emergency was in force on a specified day or during a specified
period; or
(b) that
a specified person was, on a specified day, an emergency officer, or a person
acting at the direction of an emergency officer,
is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, proof of the facts certified.
