This legislation has been repealed.
(1) Offences against
this Act are summary offences.
(2) Proceedings for an
offence against this Act may not be commenced except upon the authorisation of
the Attorney-General.
(3) In any
proceedings, an apparently genuine document purporting to be signed by the
Attorney-General and to authorise the commencement of proceedings for an
offence against this Act is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, proof of
that authorisation.
