(2) The Chief
Executive of the administrative unit that comprises or includes the members of
the Service who are Public Service employees must, on or before the thirtieth
day of September in each year, submit a report to the Minister on the
administration of this Act during the period of 12 months that ended on the
preceding thirtieth day of June.
(3) The Minister must,
as soon as practicable after receiving a report submitted pursuant to
subsection (2), cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House
of Parliament.
