Repeal of Regulations Postponement Bill 2013
Clause 1 Short title and citation.
Clause 2 The Bill commences on receiving Royal Assent.
Clause 3 The Clause provides that the regulations in the Schedule to the Act
that are due to be repealed on the dates specified in the Schedule is
postponed until 1 July 2014, but does not prevent any of the
regulations from being repealed prior to that date.

Clause 4 The Minister for Infrastructure will be responsible for the administration of
this Act. The Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources is
responsible to the Minister for administering the Act.
Clause 5 The Act automatically expires on 2 July 2014.
